Given the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges once items have been dispatched. However, in the event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, we are more than willing to provide a replacement. If you come across a defective or damaged kit, please capture a photo of it and send it to us at info@petitfourchefs.com.au
While we make sure to engage reputable and established delivery companies for your orders, we must acknowledge that circumstances beyond our control can arise. We want to clarify that we cannot be held liable for instances such as delayed deliveries, damaged goods, or lost packages. Any concerns related to these matters should be addressed directly with the courier service we have chosen. Although we will make every effort to assist you, it's important to note that we do not have direct influence over third-party delivery processes.
